Happy Wednesday Everyone!!
So for today's project I am using the Disney Dreams Come True Cartridge.
The reason I love the Disney cartridges is there are some really cute hidden gems in each one.
This card being one of those little gems.
One of our nieces turned 19 this week, so I made a card for her.
Something girly but not to babyish.
Before seeing the pictures I tried to show a few snaps of the Gypsy screen to give you an idea how I use my cri-kit pens to align the sentiment up for the inside of the card, the images are a little dark. Will try to take better pictures next time.
A cake shaped card.
This is a picture of layer one in my gypsy. I took the cake Shadow image copy and pasted it, then mirrored it and pushed the two images so part of the cakes were touching, then welded it. You must mirror the second image or the card will not line up right.
Picture three is the 2nd Layer. I keep the eye for layer one open, this way I can see the actual card to line up the words for my sentiment. One I cut layer one, DO NOT UNLOAD you mat, just take out your blade, replace it with the Cri-kits holder then cut layer two, which doesn't really cut it writes.
OK Recipe for the card
cartridge: Disney Dreams Do Come True
Cut at 4.04 inches
Stampin Up Very Vanilla
Shadow: Base/Icon with Shift key
copy and mirror and weld two pieces together
